Born in Germany, but holding Canadian citizenship, she has lived and worked on several continents. This brings rich personal experience to her M.A. in Intercultural Studies, a subject she also teaches to post grad students at SNNU. In addition, she also teaches English Major Freshmen this fall term. She has lived and taught in China at various educational institutions since 1998.
